Jim O’Leary

Jim O'Leary is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners, focused on investments in industrial technology, building and building products, and building products distribution. 

 Jim previously served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Kaydon Corporation, a diversified global manufacturing leader serving several niche industrial technology sectors. He also served as Chairman of BMC Stock Holdings, Chairman & Chief Executive of WireCo WorldGroup, and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Lighting Corporation of America. He previously held leadership positions at Hanson plc and several of its affiliated companies. 

He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Builders FirstSource, DMC Global, Kinematics Manufacturing, and ProSource Plumbing Supply. 

Jim holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. from Pace University.
